I had set up a account with then to receive calls from a inmate and he could not get through the # they provided for him to call me on and I have made more that 20 attempts to get to speak to a customer service person but its just a answeing machine and they just don't return the call I just want my money back that is all its just nonsense on wat they are doing we just wanted to be able to speak to our lived ones and it was not possible with jail call ser ices I'm very frustrated and hope they get sued for wat they are doing money is very tight for some ppl like my self and I hope u guys do wat ever it takes to get them in jail so they know that what they are doing is very wrong its fraud and how many more ppl they have done this too.....
