I was informed I needed to wait three months before cancelling my account with Salvage World, otherwise I'd be charged an early termination fee of $200 plus a $40 auction, but if I waited until the end of the three months I would only be charged $40. I waited until the three months was up and attempted to call the company and reach Customer Service via email as well, but they never answer calls. It says their answering machine is full of voice mail and a new one cannot be made; when accessing customer service through their website it loops me back to the number that no one answers, and its the same thing when contacted via email. Every method says that it can only be done through calling them, yet they don't answer ANY calls. I am also currently locked out of my account, so I cant even see the money they are ROBBING me of.
