THE AMOUNT OF $ 16,573.00 WAS TRANSFERRED VIA SANTANDER BANK , BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO ME AND THE SALVAGEWORLD INSURANCE AUCTIONS LLC REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REFUND DESPITE SEVERAL REQUESTS
