When I saw that I was on this site, I had no idea how I got there, because I went to the USPS. I did not complete the transaction, and went back a few screens to the USPS. I entered my credit card information for the $1 fee with the USPS. changemyaddress.com was still able to charge me, and not once, but twice. Unauthorized, feeling deceived.
