I ordered on 9/22 and was shipped 9/23. Your company shows delivery on 9/26 but was not delivered until the 10/03. Your customer service person didn't care when I received the order and said I was supposed to contact her in 3 days(which must have been in small print somewhere). The trial period is too short and the guarantee says to return the product, it has to be unused or in excellent condition.
