This company presents that you can obtain a social security card through them. I was confused between .gov and .us . On the evening of September 16, 2013 I was desperately searching for my SS card for my court (bankruptcy) case the following day. This company appeared to be offering this expedited, not until after I paid the 50.00 did I find out that it was only a form, a form that is available free from the SS office, that I would have to mail the form in myself to obtain a ss card in two weeks. What they claimed to have done for me was fill out the form...for $50? Expedited service was being able to print out this form immediately. I mailed in the form, but received a letter from the SS office saying I would need to come in to obtain a new card, so what was the $50 for, nothing as far as I'm concerned.

I had bankruptcy court in the morning, I needed my SS card, which I thought was in my wallet, but evidently, it is lost. In a panic, I was searching for a way to obtain a SS card, this was the first site to come up when SS card was entered into a search engine. I did not find out it was nothing but a form until after I agreed to pay them $50 with my debit card.
