I ordered two of the flexable hoses in November of 2012 and they were placedf on backorder for 8 to 10 weeks. they finally arrived by the end of January to my location in Central Oregon where it was winter time. I was unable to use the hoses until April of 2013. Within in 10 uses of the first hose it developed a hole in the hose approximately 2 feet from the end of the hose. I then installed and used the second hose approximately 10 times and the same problem developed about 8 feet from the end. I contacted the supplier of the hose and they advised me that the 60 day warranty had expired and he was not able to assist us with a replacement or any other remedy. The hoses are junk and failed through no fault of mine. They should last longer than 10 uses at that price. The fact that there was a 60 day warranty that began ticking at purchase after waiting an unreasonable time for delivery is ludricous. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel that the company is a complete scam.
