We purchased 2 NFL Jackets and a shirt on a Friday (for an away game) the order wasn't filled until Tuesday the game was that Sunday and was MUCH LATER informed by a couple of incompetent CSR that my order wouldn't get to me until that following Tuesday...WTH!!!! Then I was told RE-PURCHASE my items when my package arrive send it back (did I not just mention away game?) and they will pay the overnight fee BUT it's Thursday now and the order may not get refilled until next Monday. This company needs to make people aware of shipping standards and not just in fine print....ARE THESE PEOPLE STUPID OR IS IT MY IMAGINATION.
