I ordered several pair of shoes from the above mentioned site. I paid for them with my debit card. After the payment was processed and they of course received their funds I was sent an email with my order number and a list of FAQs. A couple stating that if there are any problems to contact the merchant and if nothing them to contact Realypay and they will be dealt with severely. I received a package about 10 days later, in which every item was INCORRECT. I looked back at my emails and did as instructed, to no avail. How am I supposed to contact realypay when they listed NO contact information and their customer service portal had NO options?? I have sent several emails to try to resolve this and NO ONE will reply to me. Now I have a box of worthless shoes. Crooked, theiving people should be dealt with severely!!
