I also entered a free trial of skin cream and received a package with no explanation that further products would be sent monthly and I would be charged over $100.00 each time. I tried e-mailing and phoning but never got through. finally tonight I did get through and in order to stop the sending of the product and return it you have to contact them by phone and get a return merchandise number from them.

I am not concerned with receiving compensation but would like others to know how to prevent themselves from being scammed

I have succeeded in having this product discontinued by finally contacting them by phone and receiving a return number to use in returning the last product sent to me. however due to a mixup in mailbox delivery I was unable to return it.
