I took have experienced theft from this company & to date have not received any refund. I have contacted local media to shine some light on this fraudulent company. See an email that I attempted to send to them detailing my experience: Attention: Manager

I ordered your product in August of this year. Approximately 5-6 days after I ordered it, you CHARGED ME $148.95 FOR IT!! I had only just received it in the mail on 8/16/13 & hadn't even had a chance to use it.

Also, I ordered your Max Burn product but received Garcinia Cambogia instead??

On 8/21/13 - 10:39a I called & spoke to "Josh" who told me that thetrial started the day I ordered it!! That makes NO SENSE. How can you charge me for time when I had not received the product yet? Josh gave me the address to return your product to you with an RMA# of 16291-33634. He told me it would take 3-5 days to process the return & another 7 days to get my refund.

I returned your product to you & you received it on 8/26/13.

On 8/29/13 - 5:25p I called & spoke to "Rod" who told me that it will take up to 7 days to verify the return & 3-5 additional days to process the credit.

On 9/06/13 - 5:14p I called & spoke to "Victoria" who said I should receive the refund by the next week.

On 9/19/13 - 2:07p I called & spoke to "Alvin" who said your company had computer issues & he would "reprocess" the credit & he assured me that it would only take another 24-48 hours to process.

On 9/24/13 - 11:12p I called & spoke to "Crystal" & she said that due to a system upgrade there was a delay but the credit was already processed on 9/17. The when I told her that when I spoke to Alvin on 9/19/13 & he had to "reprocess" the credit at that time, then HOW could it have ALREADY been processed. She kept bouncing back & forth with her story. She kept telling me that the credit was already processed on 9/17/13 & that I should check with my bank. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she told me that "no one was availble", then changed her story & said that "all the supervisors were in an URGENT meeting" but she would have someone call me back. When I asked for her supervisors name that would be calling me, she told me "I can't give out their full name"! SERIOUSLY!! She finally told me someone by the name of "Ernest" would be calling me back.

As of yet I have not received a phone call from "Ernest" to try to resolve this situation. As a manager, I find it VERY HARD to believe that this young lady, or any of your employees for that matter, are left in a call center environment without a "conflict resolution" team to consult with when their "supervisors" are in meetings. That would not be prudent or helpful to any of your employees. I at least leave someone in charge when I am away that my employees can check with if they have any issues with customers.

So I really don't believe that she didn't have anyone else that I could have spoken to.

I have to say that I am very annoyed & regret ever ordering this product from your company. Your employees constantly say they are "sorry" and rush me off the phone without any resolution. I have checked with my credit union several times and they haveno record of any pending credits.

To date, your have the returned product back in hand, however, I DO NOT have my refund of $148.95. This is tantamount to STEALING!

I would appreciate for a Supervisor from your company to call me back today to resolve this matter.

TO DATE NO SUPERVISOR HAS CALLED ME & NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. LEGAL MEASURES BEING SOUGHT AGAINST THIS COMPANY!

11/5/13 As of this date I have still not received my refund.
