To apply for a replacement card my wife went to this site. The form had two options, in a few weeks for $39.00 or right now fro $49.00. We were in a hurry so we got the rigt now, expecting tro get the card immeditely. After my wife filled in the form, it said to print, it printed the form, then said to mail to the nearest Social Security Office or hand carry it for faster service. We took the form to the local office. After waiting one and a half hours we were called to the window. The person taking the information said there was no charge and that it was a sham/ fraud. My wife called SS Office and talked with supervisor who advised her to contact Equifax to insure safty of her credit information. SSO does not know how these operations continue on their site. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
