We bought a Canon video camera from AJRichies online, and went through the whole upsell call they do. We didn't take the bait, and even said we'd wait the 4 weeks the claimed it would take for regular shipping. That was 8/23, and it's now 10/1. The had a 10 day holiday from 9/19 to 9/29. I have called repeatedly for an update and tracking, but each time i am either placed on hold indefinitely or my call is dropped. The brief moments i get a live person, they are not rude, just not helpful and they transfer me to a phantom customer service line (even telling me about how many people are ahead of me on the line). We have jobs lined up for which we could really use this camera, and they processed the payment within days of taking the order. So they have our money, and we have no product. We will be submitting a fraud claim through our bank (credit card) today.
