I was on the internet looking for some Barbeque parts when there appeared a survey which said, if I completed it I'd get a free skin care product and all I had to pay was the$5.99 shipping charge. I received the Lorelia Anti-Aging cream about two weeks later. 14 days later they charged my credit card $96.78 but I was away on vacation and didn't notice the unauthorized charge to my account. Today I received another Lorelia Anti-Aging cream and when I looked at my credit card charges they charged me another $96.78 on Sept 21. I contacted them by phone to tell them that I was returning the cream for a refund but Angie, the Customer Service Agent told me that I couldn't return it but she would offer me a discount on future purchases. When I declined her offer she cancelled my "subscription"!

There was no obvious notification that I was signing up for anything more than the $5.99 charge and I certainly was not aware that I was signing up for an ongoing supply of cream so clearly, the company was misleading in their original offer to me. How can I get my money back ?
