On 11th July 2013, I received a phone call from a USAGC customer service representative by the name of Tamer Abulaban who claimed that I have been selected by USAGC as a VIP customer, and that for a certain fee (3,999 Euros ~ USD $5,408), they will speed up my Green Card application process. In addition, he mentioned that USAGC will send me a bunch of items complimentary of USAGC.
To cut a long story short, I paid USAGC 3,999 Euros over the phone using my credit card, and when I accessed their website, I found out that I was invoiced 3361.82 Euros (~ USD $4,545) for a bunch of items (including a smart tablet) that I did not order or really need, and I was also charged an additional 639.00 Euros (~ USD $864) supposedly for the registration of my family and myself for the DV lottery program for 22 years.
Consequently, and on the same day (07/11/2013), I sent an email to Mr. Tamer Abulaban requesting an explanation/ justification for these charges. When I could not get a logical justification for these charges by Tamer Abulaban during a phone call which he initiated on 07/14/2013, I realized that I was provided misleading information, so I immediately sent him an email on the same day (07/14/2013) formally requesting a cancellation of my order for all the items/services purchased on Thursday, 11th July 2013, and also requesting a full and immediate refund for the amount (3999 Euros ~ $5,406) that I paid by credit card over the phone on 07/11/2013. On 24th July 2013, I received an email from USAGC Support stating that their financial department has informed them that I will be refunded in full and that the amount should appear on my credit card within 2 weeks. Needless to say, the refund did not take place after 2 weeks, and numerous emails have been exchanged since 08/06/2013 to follow up on the status my refund, but to no avail. Then on 08/28/2013, I received an email from USAGC Support mentioning that I cannot get a refund unless I return the items that USAGC sent to me in their original package. So on 08/30/2013, I went to the post office in Amman (Jordan) and rejected the package that USAGC had sent me and they proceeded to ship it back to USAGC (Singapore, where the package was originally shipped from) on 09/01/2013.
On 09/17/2013, I checked the IPS Web Tracking (http://194.165.151.254/ipswebtrack/) for the USAGC package (tracking item ID No. EX009074014SG), and it appeared that the package arrived in Singapore on 09/16/2013, so I immediately sent an email to USAGC Support with the above tracking details to inform them about it, and also requested from USAGC Support to inform me as soon as they receive the package and to provide a status update on my refund.
I sent several follow-up emails to USAGC Support since 09/17/2013 requesting status updates on the returned package and on my refund, but I haven’t received any response from them so far. The only response I now receive from USAGC Support is their automated email response stating – and I quote “We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within 3 business days”.
All the above information is corroborated by email exchanges between myself and UASGC Support, and I would be happy to forward/send the emails to you should you request them.

  • Just call your credit company and tell them that usagc is a scam and you don't wish to pay anything to them. You can cancel a deal that was made in the internet up to 6 month after the deal was made. Good Luck!
