International boundaries
one day they called me randomly, telling me that i was eligible to the USA green card and that i had very good chances to win. they asked me for my personal details, i didn't want to give it away, and kept calling me day by day sometimes with numbers starting with +54 sometimes with +18 and sometimes private numbers. They kept pushing me and were very persuasive, until i provided them my details to deduct the amount of $143 for which they said will be a life time payment the first time they called me but suddenly changed. So now that i am aware of it being a scam, i recently requested for my full refund and they said they will do so but never fulfilled it. I really need your help with this.
