charged me full amount for a product I never received. have been calling customer service for a month, everyone I talk to says, okay great, we'll process that for you in 2 - 3 days, give us a call back if there is no change. I have been calling since August 28th, still no refund, every person I talk to tells me the same thing. call back in 2 - 3 days. no one is "authorized" to give me their corporate number, and the "one" supervisor on the floor is busy taking calls, in a meeting, and on an appointment all at the same time... I was told all of those excuses in one phonecall. phony, condescending, non-understanding people!
