Paid deposit to have boat floor repaired. Turned in the boat on 1 July and it was to be completed by the end of July. Made several phone calls in July and August and was told by boat would be ready by the third week of August. Attempts to contact the company after the 3rd week in August were in vane. Had to send my daughter to Midlothian to see if was completed and she discovered my boat was still untouched. She called me while she was there and had her put Darrell on the phone. I made arrangements with Darrell Henderson to pick up both my boat and my deposit that very weekend. My boat was there but Darrell was not. Contacted Richmond City Police and was advised to take my boat with me. Have made weekly phone calls to Darrell regarding my deposit. So far it has not been returned. Company refuses to return phone calls.
