I ordered for a product advertised to me - Raspberry Drops for weight loss on 1/15/2013
2 drops were sent to for $109.00
I used half of one of the drops and discovered not working for me. Moreso i developed stomach problem and decided to discontinue use of the products and returned for refunds in february, 2013
Several phone calls were made without respond.
An agent replied to one of my mails and offer to help. She requested for evidence of returns of the items, which i forwarded several times also. At one stage, she replied that the company would only refund half of the money which i turned down.
She now came up that the company could not refund for any returns that is more than 3-4 months, where as this issue was on since february the second month it was sold.
