advertisement which offered a free trial if i pay for the shipping (4.95)not knowing it would be 94.95
When seeing a recent advertisement for free trial only needed to pay 4.95 and no attachments, which is false, and not clear at all. I purchased this product paid the 4.95 and received an email stating in the next 8-14 business days i will receive my product. Also on this email is states in bold letter WE WILL ONLY BILL THE TOTAL AMOUNT STATED-4.95. Within 3 weeks i received my product. I opened package which had the bottle in it and no instructions, nothing. I placed them on my window seal and went on with my day. On 9/23/13 i received an email stating 94.95 was withdrawal from my account bc the have not received an email stating i would like to return the unused portion at the end of my 15 day trial. It also states that they thank me for the acceptance of their product and they have now billed my card on file the remaining amount-94.95. I quickly called them and got a cheesy answering machine and instructions to stay on the line for the next representative(which i did) after being on the phone for 15 minutes i chose the option(1) to leave voice mail and information. When pushing this nothing happened so i continued to wait. Finally after 30 minutes an women who could not speak very good English answer and gave me the run around stating i electronically signed a contract and will be charged and they do not give out refunds. I explained my part as stating i paid for the shipping of my free trial and wasn't aware of returning the product to them w/in 15 days. Also i stated i wasn't aware of a monthly charge of 94.95. She stated again that i electronically signed it and she would talk to her higher ups to see what she could do for a refund. Coming back on line she stated that they could offer me a half return of 42.00. I stated that wasn't good enough i wanted full refund bc i never authorized a withdrawal of 94.95 and signing up for monthly charge of this. She said that is the best they could do. Being on my lunch break(30min) i excepted and asked her to email my agreement. After work (4:00) i called again to see why i haven't received my agreement that we settled on. A gentlemen answered and bluntly told me i was screwed and that i will not be receiving any kind of refund and that there is no one above him that could help and again i'm screwed. Me being upset now argued w/this gentlemen until he said i could do the 40.00 the earlier lady offered me but it would take 10-15 business days for a refund. I asked for a confirmation email and he stated i would receive one in the next 24hrs. Today i have nothing in my email(checked spam too). Also during our lovely conservation he stated that the trial(15 day) starts the day they ship the sample(1 month supply) which it states in the email i received saying they charged me 94.95 for a months supply i received on the 9/22/13. So by the time i received this product it was over my 15 days so no matter what they were going to charge me 94.95. I also filed a letter of dispute through my bank bc doing this withdrawal i over drew my account around $270 if not more this is just as of today. I was not budgeted for this at all so now im getting hit with NSF fees. When i ordered this free sample i also ordered the Colon Cleanse which goes hand in hand w/this and im also filing a complaint against them too. My bank gave me two new numbers i did not have and i tried calling them today and the answering machine stated that this number is unavailable message 1007?? I will continue to call until i get some kind of answer or email stating a refund or something. As of Monday i have to have my letter of dispute completed for my bank to complete their part. Also i had to get a $5 charge bc my bank suggested for me to cancel my debit card and be issued a new one so they couldn't attempt to take anymore out bc of no confirmation yet stating that im cancelled. So more money charged onto my account. Here are the numbers i tried to contact
