On 9/26/13 I was looking at my bank account online and noticed a charge of $99.00 from a company under the name of "Skin System" phone # listed under merchant name was 877-316-1866. I called and a very foreign man answered "customer service". I explained to him that this charge appeared on my debit card and was wanting to know what type of business where they. He proceeded to tell me that it was for an anti-aging day & night serum. I told him I didnt order anything nor had I received anything. He asked me for address and said "oh yes, let me track your package, yes maam I am showing that your package was delivered on 9/19/13, you had 14 days to cancel, if not you would be charged the full pirice of $99.00 so thats what we did." I explained to him that I hadnt received a package and if so could he provide me the tracking # so I could check with my post office. He then said "Well for your troubles I will refund you $50 right now, will that be ok with you maam? I was like "(Inappropriate Content Removed) NO I am not going to pay $99.00 for something I never ordered or received let alone accept a $50.00 "troubles refund". He began to get very angry with me, started yelling stating I received the package this was my problem not his. First I asked him his name, was told "Shane Nash" then asked for a supervisor. Was put on hold, the musical was literally like xmas bells from an ornament you manually push. Then "Andrew Smith" came on the line representing himself as the supervisor. (honestly it sounded like the same man (thick nigerian like accent). I explained to him what had happened when he also got agitated and stated again "how was this their problem, they delivered the package." I asked him for the number to the corporate office so I could call someone there he then said "The corporate office does not take calls and I am the only one you could talk to" Oh my gosh are you serious finally after 20 minutes of me argueing with him and asking questions like "well if you guys are send out product that is $100 you would think you would send it out with a signature required or insurance" he got tired of listening to me and just hung up. I immediately called my debit card company and have filed unauthorized charges for this transaction. I was told my my bank that the charges are coming from a company out of the United Kingdom. Looking further back on my card I was charged $4.95 on 9/12/13 also by Skin Systems to only find out that I had similar charges on a MasterCard I had with the same bank both these charges were processed on 9/12/13 for $3.97 and $4.95 Merchant name was Skin Health phone number under merchant name was 877-316-1866. How they EVER got my debit card number is baffaling to me. I have had to cancel both my Visa and Mastercard and am awaiting the 10 day investigation period. Again, why I should have to be out $112.87 for FRAUD is very FRUSTRATING..BEWARE..
