I was trying to get a loan for my kids orthodontic treatment. Charlotte Russell contacted me saying I was approved for $5000. She told me I needed to put up $750 as collateral . 2 weeks later she said lender wanted another $750 collateral payment. About a week after that she told me that if I sent $500 of a $1000 insurance payment they would cover other half. A week after that she said offer had expired and needed the other half. In the last week " customer service " then said money was in place but I needed to pay $300 for a cross border transaction fee. Now the phones are not working and no one seems to be around.
