This has been on going from April 2 2013 till present and all of a sudden their phone number is no longer in service. They said that I qualified for a loan for $6,000.00 and because I didn’t have a car’s title for collateral. I need to put down a security payment for the first five months payment at $935.00 and send it to the lender in Los Angeles California USA named Raquel Moya on 04/01/2013. Then I got another phone call from them saying that with my credit score I need another five months security payment at $938.00 but I must send it to Natalia Moya because Requel Moya was not in the office at that moment and I did so on 04/02/2013.
Then on the next day, I got another phone call from Paul Reddick saying that that lender could not lend me any money because my of credit score. But they already took my money!!!
Paul Reddick also told me he got me qualified for a loan for 1, 2000.00 from another lender and that I would have to put down another ten months at $1,876.00. I disagreed because I feel like I lost $2,048.00 already. This included sending fee. I told him that I wanted to cancel my loan application for refund. He said, base on their policy I would get refund within 30 days from the date of application by giving a direct deposit in to my bank account. Which mean I suppose to receive my refund day, May 1, 2013 but I don’t receive it yet.
I tried to call Goodman Financial Services but their phone number is no longer in service. So, what can I do? I need to survive! Please help me because I could not pay any of my bills. I really, really need help. Please!!!
