I DOWN LOADED THEIR SOFTWARE (DRIVER SCANNER 2011}. DURING THE SCANNING PROCESS I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM MICRO-SOFT THAT SAID (DO NOT CONTINUE DOWN LOADING IT CAN BE HARMFUL TO YOUR COMPUTER). THIS SOFTWARE COMES WITH A 60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. FOLLOW THIS LINK TO CONTACT UNIBLUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I FOUND THIS TO BE IMPOSSIBLE.
