One of the worst chinese companies that we have dealt with.
They provided different colour product that we asked and they delivered half them all broken.
wehn we asked for the refund, they said yes, then they pretended that they cant speak english, when we provided a chinese translator, at first they said they will provide a refund, then they just ignored our calls and emails.

- This client make the LCL loading, the products were sent to their forwarder's warehouse and load mix together with other products, the forwarder put heavy cargoes on to our sandstone products, which caused the broken, and we make the EXW term, so when the buyer found the broken cargoes, he want refund, we told this is not our responsibility, he said if we cannot refund, he will put the complaint, but it is not our fault, pls consider thanks.

- what Crystal is saying is Rubbish. I have photographs of how badly they had secured the stones. Firstly a wrong Sandstone colour was sent. Totally wrong colour. and secondly, the complaint I made was also relating to the Marble Bench tops that they had sent. I have photographs to prove it. The owner Kevin, first pretended that he cant speak english, then I provide a chinese transator and he assured the translator that the refund will be issued. and then he stopped taking calls. Crystal is his wife. i have their pictures too. so if anyone wants to know more, please contact me and I will provide all the details,
