Initially a very keen and responsive supplier , good samples sent in good time...... UNTIL
we Paid our deposit for stone slabs and tried to organise an independent examination, then all contact ceased, now no one is ever available via telephone, no emails are answered, no explanation as to why we are being ignored, no goods and $17000 up in smoke!!

- This client sign the contract with our company, but refuse to pay for the balance payment, so the order is pending, we donot know why he put such complaint into website, if you want we can show the contract he signed to prove we are correct supplier without any fault, thanks.

- what Crystal is saying is Rubbish. I have photographs of how badly they had secured the stones. Firstly a wrong Sandstone colour was sent. Totally wrong colour. and secondly, the complaint I made was also relating to the Marble Bench tops that they had sent. I have photographs to prove it. The owner Kevin, first pretended that he cant speak english, then I provide a chinese transator and he assured the translator that the refund will be issued. and then he stopped taking calls. Crystal is his wife. i have their pictures too. so if anyone wants to know more, please contact me and I will provide all the details,
