How can this company be shut down? It has an F from the better business bureau and numerous complaints against them. They are scam artists. I had scheduled a cleaning for 3 pm and they called and stated they are on their way. I had to take off work and I waited for 2 hours upon which they called again and stated they are lost and cannot make it. Another person called me and stated that they wanted to reschedule and which point I wanted to speak to a manager and they were very rude and hung up on me. After researching more about who to call and complain, I am reading all about all customers being ripped off. This cannot continue like this and consumers need to take action to shut this company down. I am calling the BBB tomorrow!
