Company agreed to help with lender modification if I paid $5,000. I paid them and they never finished the process nor returned calls or emails.
The first 4 weeks they called weekly to advise of proceedings & status of work bring done on my behalf. The last for month I have tried to contact them via phone numbers and found either constant busy signal or phone disconnected.
