Took up free trial offer that was on Facebook to try Pure Collagen and DermPure for $1.00 each for a month. Summitted order 27 Aug 13 and received goods 6 Sept 13 and then on the 9 Sept they took NZD147.00 (US$120.00about) from my account and then took a further NZD$187 (US$140.00). I cannot get any sense out of them offered me $80 which I thought was a full refund but seems that its not when I converted. Have not opened bottles and have offered to return for a full refund. Phone numbers for PureCollagen on account dont work but it is an option on the Dermpure number but operaters are of no help. NZ number not on the account so now have toll calls to pay for so probably are over $NZD300.00 out of pocket. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Update: 09/14/2013

Actual amounts 6 Sept $129.95 & 13 Sept $147.41 actually took US $277.36 Rang them 3x today only had the goods 5days & have not opened. Message says that u can return for a full refund but are offering $USD80.00 not a full refund
