For weeks I have tried to cancel auto shipment of this product. I've called several of the phone numbers such as 1-888-534-3596. When I reach them they tell me they can't locate my account. I then emailed the [email protected] several times to cancel. I received no reply. Today they charged my credit card for a new shipment!!!!!!! Can anyone tell me how to cancel this? thank you this website has been helpful!

I'm wondering how you have got on with this?
I am now in a similar situation. I have received nothing and they have taken $120 from my account. I cannot get in contact in any way after the initial call telling me they cannot locate myinformation too!
I think I now have to cancel my credit card and I'm so unhappy they've taken my money and I have nothing to show for it.
