In October 2011, Robert Shipley was recommended to me by a repair shop. I paid him $450 to file a Diminished Value claim. He did the paperwork and filed the claim. Mr. Shipley stopped returning my calls or answering my emails, so I called State Farm. They had the claim but misfiled the paperwork so nothing got done. I am currently working with them on that claim. Actually got online to see if I could find a different number for Robert and now see all these postings that he's a scam artist...so, feel pretty defeated...got in an accident that wasn't my fault, hired a scam artist, working with an insurance company that misfiles stuff..should have stayed home that day:-\
