I paid Mr. Shipley $450.00 for his services. His company provides a detailed Diminished Value report that they then submit to the insurance company. I have since found out that since my vehicle was totaled and I scanned the estimate of repairs forms to him, he knowlingly took my money saying that he could get me diminished value insurance money for my loss.
He has not produced anything nor is willing to refund my money. I have reported him to BBB, State Attorney General's Office and ripoff site, WOAI Consumer Alert reporter.
Hopefully someone can alert the public to this fiend. There are 16 people who have been scammed by this man already, I make 17.
