Saw an ad on Facebook for these new plant extract pills, clicked on link (trusting it was on FB that it was ok)...taken to below sites, seemed legit....wanted to try out product so placed order....email generated to say, thanks for my order and i would receive a confirmation email.....no email came. Waited 3 days and got suspicious...sent below email trail - someone responded but very suss. I am Australia and fear this is a scam
My card has been charged and thats the only trail i have to follow....please see details below

Can you please use the reference number on my transaction above to find out more about this situation please. I find it very unethical that my money has been taken so easily yet there is no order in your system.
