I received a postcard in the mail so I called about helping to lower my mortgage payment. After speaking with Cris Eisner and giving him the details he told me he would call my lenders and see If I was eligible. Surprise I was he would lower my first mortgage and almost wipeout my second. After I made my first installment and tried to call Chris he never returned my calls until I threatened him about not making the second installment. As you can guess once the seconded installment was made I never heard from anyone. Vanessa Hernadez his so called assistant never called me. Now the phones have all been disconnected and I am out $5000 and am now trying to work out a payment plan with my two mortgage companies. I did contact the federal trade commission who has now become involved. This was the worst mistake I ever made. My credit is shot because they told me not to pay the mortgage, to pay them instead. I hope what comes around goes around!!
