SIGNED BY ABM, NOTIFACATION OFFICE OF ETHAN JAMES. I ALSO RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE TO BE SIGNED AND RETURNED IN THE ENVELOPE THAT THEY SUPPLIED, WHICH WAS SIGNED BY ETHAN JAMES AND KRISTY (POLE ?). KRISTY LAST NAME WAS HARD TO READ. THESE INDIVIDUALS NEED TO BE STOPPED.
