I signed up for a trial for 14 days using a debit card. Next thing I find out is that my card is being charged $99.95. I was then sent the lotion the next month in a box without any packing slip or information about how much they charged. I never received a receipt for the amount.
When I called up to cancel, the representative told me that all the information was in the Terms. I tried to explain that they need to let the consumer know on their website and need to either email or send a receipt each time so people know what the actual cost is of their product.

Barbara, I didn't even order it, and received the first package in July. The second one arrived last week with the same MO as yours, no paperwork at all! The 411 operator could not find a telephone number for me How did you call them, and please post the number here. Thanks! Vera
