I had purchased the item about three weeks prior, and I was not happy at all with the product. I tried to find a way to see if a refund could be issued, but there is nothing suggesting that the thing can be refunded.
I tried to use the thing, but there was nothing that worked.

This is definitely a scam, and I would never recommend this to anyone. Watching the video that suggested to by this was so long and cumbersome, that it was a waste of time.
