I googled the name steven peter mayweather and found this site. I read 2 other complaints about this "person"... and from what they said it sounds like the same guy. Said he was from england, owned his own business, wanted to meet, hopeless romantic... then he blocks girls when he gets bored. he would never use a video cam because "it was broken" (the other girl said the same thing). pretty sure he looks for girls on chatroulette or other chat sites. the pictures of himself that he sends might not even be him. guess that kid is really bored. be careful for crazy people out there.
