I had an orange pay a you go phone I used my debit card to top up my phone, I checked my bank account and noticed that Orange had taken 3 £10 transactions out of my bank account on the same day but no credit had been put on my phone I called them and got through to India to try to explain what had happened only to get a "who gives (Inappropriate Content Removed)" attitude I was given an email address to send proof that they had taken money out of my account which I did ...nearly two months later still no money back in my account ... And they don't give a dam ...I'm now moving to O2 cause Orange a rubbish and still owe me £30 ..now having to get bank to get my money back ... As a hard working single parent I find this disgusting .stay away from orange .
