I purchased a phone from a woman named Elle Buford. She said she uses a company called Collect Plus so that she can be in control of her phone and I can control my money. I then received an email from Collect Plus telling me they use Western Union and that I should send the money and they would ship the package. I never received the package and I can not get Elle Buford or Collect Plus to respond to my emails. I tried to track it from Fed-Ex and they do not have a package for my address.
