Misled into believing I was changing address with USPS. Completed on line form on Friday evening, 08/30/13. On Sunday morning, 09/01/13 saw a pending charge of $19.95 from change my address.com in Concinnati, Ohio on my credit card account when viewing it online. First notice I had as USPS employee advised fee was only $1. Immediately called company and advised I had no idea form was not completed with USPS which charges $1 for service, demanded refund and advised I did not want their service and doing anything with the request and only wanted the actual USPS handling the mail forwarding request. Rep offered $5 refund
