I tried to purchase a phone from a seller on craigslist named Elle Buford. She said she'd be using a company called Collect Plus in Canada to send my parcel and I could send money to the company so that we both had control of our money. Collect Plus Canada had me send money via Western Union to a person named Konstantin Alder in Bolton, UK. Since sending the money I have not heard back from either the seller "Elle Buford" or the company "Collect Plus CA." I just called FedEx which is the service my phone supposedly was sent via and they said I do not have any packages for my address.
