Had problems with my computer over the weekend. Thought I was getting Microsoft professional help. I was wrong. Was told I had to fix immediately because of virus and people had access to all my accounts online. I shouldn't have done this. They had access to my computer for over 6 hours and all they did was put free antivirus program to my screen. I was so upset. They contacted me again in August 2013 saying someone was hacking my computer and I hung up immediately. Do not use them!
