In addition to my previous complaint with this so called company, I had also recieved email of confirmation but it states in response area "DO NOT REPLY" and when you open the page, first thing on top of the page is confirm.# and it too also says"DO NOT REPLY"
So I took that email as just a confirm letter... The company told me that my trial started from the day I ordered the trial kit. But reading the directions of the product, it states that you should wear the plastic trays to fit your teeth five days before applying the product. By that time, the trial would have been expired and you get charged full price anyways because they already sent the full kit along with the trial kit. How is this fair? And how do you fight for your right against FALSE ADVERTISING?
