I requested a trial tooth whitten via internet that stated only $1.03 for each and pay shipping of $3.87; one time charge and could get more if liked the product. They billed me the shipping x2 and I should have smelled a scam then. That's not the real problem or complaint, both companies have billed me 2x since which was not authorized; $82.08, $84.36, $76.13, $78.41 and I have not received any product other than the original first order. Seems the only way to fix tis is cancel my credit card. Someone needs to put a stop to this scam company and NO ONE BUY FROM KNOCKWHITE OR IVORYWHITE OR YOU TOO WILL BE SCAMMED. I would have had no idea except just checking my bank statement online found the charges.
