The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
They conned me into buying support to fix my email (constant spam). They told me no one else was allowed to fix it because they own the Microsoft support company. I felt pressured and didn't know this was a scam until a local computer company told me. It is not fixed. I do not want to pay the bill.
