I thought I was contacting someone from Microsoft to fix problems with my computer. A tech from VTechSquad showed me all the viruses that had infected my computer and said another tech from their office could solve all my problems and that my computer would be serviced for three years after a one time charge of $350. I was also advised to buy a virus software for a one time fee that would protect my computer for the life of it. If they are not affliated with Microsoft, they should not be listed. I should have know better and I feel now that I was scammed. I have learned a valuable lesson.
