Received, after getting back from work, this was the 2nd call. People are very rude and ignorant. Called saying I had been choosen by RCI to receive a vacation plan - they sell you 3 vacation plans, then entice you to purchase another vacation plan/cheap rental from Enterprise; the give the pitch for a West Coast vacation including DR, Costa Rica, Mexico for an additional $700; and the final pitch is purchase Travel Insurance thru Global - gave my credit card, but put a stop payment because I believe it is a scam - hopefully this will get read and people, who are able, go to the internet check BBB and other reviews for this company. Also, I received my confirmations at a hotel in Orlando, but the funny thing is there is not hotel info. I would advise anyone to go to the sites preferredguestresorts.com and bestvacationsever.com to check them out before even going any further.

Hey LoDog98, Like you I also a very bad experience with them. These are worst and rudest customer service reps in the world. And the managers, they are more rude and cocky. They really don't know the value of a customer. I spoke to two managers, and they both were so rude and wouldn't wanna listen to you. All they did was stick to their point and kept saying this conversation is recorded. I don't understand the point why they were recording when they would not play the old recording which I had with their sales person which they lied me about the package. I think they make more money on interest they get from people who buy their packages. Very very very rude and cocky people. The managers are the worst of all. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you want to experience what people like us have then go ahead and buy their packages. Their sales team is good in selling you, and then they are done. They will give you a number to reach them but when you call they will tell you that they cannot transfer any calls to sales once the package is sold.
People stay away from this company and their packages, unless you like to be treated bad.. Even before you start a vacation, they spoil it.. -
