very misleading web page.
very confusing on the phone not very helpful with questions.
doing $1.00 work for $20.00.
went on web page and i was under the assumption that i wold be charged $1.00 for the change. Looked on my card in the morning and it was a $20.00+ charge. Called the number provided and they weren't much help. (did refund me $5.00)
