I received a notification in the mail about home modification and proceeded with the process to get started. I made 3 payments to satisfy my obligation, and they were very responsive at first. However, since the end of June 2013, beginning of July 2013, I have not heard anything.
I am going to be reaching out to the DA's office to file a complaint as well.
